Exterior Hotel Painting and Window Caulking Project

Painting hotel exterior surfaces like Stucco, Dryvit, EIFS, wood and cement board siding are not the only services we perform for our customers.

Take this Candlewood Suites for example.  Upon initial inspection, we found that the majority of the window caulking on the entire hotel was failing.

Our crew of Dan Evans, Rich Chiapuso and Jacob Darin employing the use of 2 – 80’ articulating lifts, power washed the exterior of the hotel and applied new caulk to all windows.   They then applied a primer coat to the stucco surfaces.   Then a self-cleaning top coat was applied.

This was a pretty good-sized hotel.  Our guys did a great job of knocking out this project on time and on budget.
